What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the property postcode, the type of job, how urgent it is, the best time to call and anything else you choose to tell us. If you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see your number and anything you send, such as photos.
Why we use it
- To contact you about the job you asked about, arrange a visit and give you a quote.
- To carry out the work if you go ahead, and to keep records we need for accounts and any guarantee.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. We do not use your details for marketing and we never sell or share them with other companies for their own use.

This website and its form are hosted by Wix.com, which stores form submissions on our behalf. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). These providers act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do work for you, we keep job records for as long as we need them for tax, accounts and any guarantee.
